The Catalan Data Protection Authority presents the new Recommendation 1/2011, on the creation, modification and deletion of publicly-owned personal data files. The event will take place on 14 April, at the Cotxeres Hall of the Palau Robert in Barcelona.

The APDCAT participates in the 8th Forum on the Protection of Health Data in Pamplona
The Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT) is participating, once again, in the 8th Forum on the Protection of Health Data, which will take place in Pamplona on 16 and 17 March 2011. The event will be organised by the Sociedad Española de Informática de la Salud (Spanish Health Informatics Society - SEIS), with the collaboration of the APDCAT and the other Spanish data protection agencies.
